The Company
Durapulse Performance Company was
created to improve the fitness and performance of the multisport athlete. It
was started by a medical student who used endurance sports to keep him from
going out of his mind while in school. The company is founded on the
principles of hard work and determination. To be successful in athletics one
must set goals and have the perseverance to accomplish those goals. As a
student of medicine, the company's founder learned much about the human body
and used that knowledge in his personal training and racing. With this
knowledge, combined with previous multisport experience, his performance
improved to new levels. Now, as a coach, he wants others to enjoy what he has
experienced.
To be successful in any sport one must be able to endure. Endurance
comes from the body's ability, especially the heart, to survive and prevail.
The name Durapulse is just that: the heart's ability to endure. If the heart
cannot survive the task then all the other parts will fail. When an athlete
trains the heart properly and all the organs thereafter he/she will be able to
accomplish anything. The mission of Durapulse Performance Company is to
instruct and train multisport athletes to have the fitness to endure and
accomplish what they never thought was possible.
The training facility is located in
beautiful Scottsdale, AZ next to the triathlon retail mega store, Tribe
Multisport. Surrounded by picturesque scenery, Scottsdale is a mecca for
multisport training. There are numerous running and cycling routes surrounding
the area for road and off-road training. Just minutes away from the facility
is one of the central Arizona's recreational reservoirs making open water
swimming very convenient. Having so much available gives athletes a great
variety for training. To make things better our facility has every piece of
equipment needed to take an athlete's performance to the next level.
The facility address is:
7624 E. Indian School Rd. #101
Scottsdale, AZ 85251

Nick Goodman
has been an accomplished athlete since his first 5k at a young age. After his
Arizona state track and field championship win his sophomore year in high

college soccer Nick realized that individual sports were better suited for

success. He caught the triathlon bug and decided to upgrade from his clunky
mountain bike in an effort to have better results at his next race. Nick has

Nick received a Bachelor of
Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona. He then went to
attend Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. After two
years of medical education Nick was inspired to start a multisport training
company. His desire was to instruct and train others in the skills of his
passion, triathlon and endurance sports. Since the beginning Nick has coached
